Description

This chicken dish is a family favorite! The creamy artichoke topping is so flavorful and easy to make with the Thermomix®. I've been making this for years, and it's always a hit. The combination of tender chicken and the rich, cheesy topping is simply delicious. It's perfect for a weeknight dinner or a casual weekend meal. You can easily prepare the topping ahead of time and then just bake the chicken when you're ready. This recipe is also great for using up leftover cooked chicken. Enjoy!

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • cooking spray
  • 15 ounce artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 0.75 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch garlic pepper
  • 4 piece skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Preparation (3 steps)

Prepare the baking dish

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. No Thermomix settings are needed for this step.

Combine artichoke topping ingredients

Add 1 (15 ounce) can of drained and chopped artichoke hearts, ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese, ¾ cup mayonnaise, and 1 pinch of garlic pepper to the mixing bowl. Mix for 10 Sec./Stufe 3.

Assemble and bake

Place 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves in the prepared baking dish. Cover evenly with the artichoke mixture. Bake, uncovered, in the preheated oven until browned in places, chicken is no longer pink in the center, and juices run clear, about 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). No Thermomix settings are needed for this step.
