Description

These poultry croquettes with a melting heart are perfect for a gourmet aperitif or a quick and tasty meal. I often prepare them for my friends, and they always disappear in the blink of an eye! The minced poultry, mixed with fresh herbs and a little garlic, is incredibly tender. The melted cheese heart adds a touch of irresistible indulgence. It's a simple and quick recipe to make with the Thermomix®, ideal for using leftover poultry. Feel free to vary the cheeses for even more flavors!

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • Chicken breast or turkey breast
  • 1 piece Onion (small)
  • Cheese of your choice
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Olive oil
  • 1 c. à c. Sunflower oil
  • Salt or fine salt
  • Pepper

Preparation of the stuffing

Thermomix® Setting

Put the chicken or turkey breast, cut into pieces, in the Thermomix bowl. Add the onion (small) cut into quarters, the clove of garlic, the fresh parsley, a pinch of salt and pepper, and 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Mix everything for 15 Sek./Stufe 6.

Shaping the croquettes

Remove the stuffing from the bowl. Form a ball between your hands. Slightly flatten the ball and place a piece of cheese in the center. Close the ball, making sure to trap the cheese well.

Cooking the croquettes

Roll the balls in breadcrumbs. Heat 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil in a pan. Cook the croquettes over medium heat for a few minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
