  • 1 Pck. Pudding powder to taste
  • 50 g More Protein to taste
  • Chunky Flavour of your choice
  • 450 ml Water or Milk

Add liquid

Add 400-500 ml water or milk (or half milk/half water) to the mixing bowl.

Prepare ingredients

Add 1 pack of pudding powder to taste, 50 g More Protein to taste and Chunky Flavour as needed and according to your choice to the mixing bowl.

Mix ingredients

Mix all ingredients well in the mixing bowl. Leave the butterfly whisk in place with the measuring cup on.

Cook pudding (Part 1)

Heat the pudding mixture in the mixing bowl. Leave the measuring cup on. Heat for 15 sec./90°C/speed 2

Stir the pudding

Use the spatula to push the still quite liquid pudding mixture down from the edge and stir briefly. Leave the measuring cup on.

Cook pudding (Part 2)

30 sec/194°F/Speed 2 194°F

Heat the pudding mixture in the mixing bowl for another 30 sec./90°C/speed 2. Leave the measuring cup on.

Check consistency and reheat if necessary

15 sec/194°F/Speed 2 194°F

Stir again and, depending on the desired consistency, either consume as is or heat again for 15 sec./90°C/speed 2 if the pudding mixture should be a little firmer. Leave the measuring cup on.
