Description

This recipe shows how to make a simple baking release agent yourself. It consists of cooking oil, coconut fat and flour. The preparation takes only a few minutes and is ideal for hobby bakers who want to avoid additives. The baking release agent can simply be applied to the baking pan with a brush.

Ingredients (3 ingredients)

  • 1 Teil Cooking oil (e.g. rapeseed or sunflower oil)
  • 1 Teil Coconut fat or another solid vegetable fat
  • 1 Teil Flour (e.g. wheat flour type 405)

Put cooking oil (e.g. rapeseed or sunflower oil), coconut fat or another solid vegetable fat and flour (e.g. wheat flour type 405) in equal parts into the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/level 3 until a smooth paste is formed.

Prepare baking pan

If necessary, apply the finished paste directly to the baking pan with a brush.
