Description
This hearty cream goulash with spätzle, prepared in the Thermomix®, is a savory main course with beef goulash, onions and creamy cream sauce. Preparation with the Thermomix® takes about 50 minutes, the active working time is about 20 minutes. The recipe is ideal for lovers of traditional home cooking and yields several servings. Perfect as a warming family meal on cold days.

300 g Beef goulash

1 Stück Onion

150 ml Broth

100 ml Cooking cream

200 g Spätzle
-
1 EL Oil

1 EL Paprika powder

1 TL Salt

1 TL Pepper
Preparation (5 steps)
Chop onion
Add onion to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5.
Sauté onion
Add oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.
Sear meat
Sear meat vigorously in a separate pan with some oil.
Simmer goulash
Add seared meat, broth and cooking cream to the mixing bowl. Add paprika powder, salt and pepper and simmer for 30 min./100°C/reverse rotation speed 1.
Serve
Serve with spätzle and season to taste.
