Description

This ramen variation from the Thermomix® is a hearty and spicy main course of Asian cuisine, ideal for student cuisine. The main ingredients are noodles, eggs, egg yolks, garlic and soy sauce. In just 40 minutes of preparation time, portions are created for hungry gourmets. The recipe is quick and inexpensive to prepare and is perfect for a filling lunch or dinner.

Ingredients (14 ingredients)

  • 2 Packungen Noodles
  • 4 EL Mayo
  • 2 Stück Egg yolks
  • 1 Stück Clove of garlic
  • 3 Stück Eggs
  • 100 ml Soy sauce
  • 2 TL Brown sugar
  • 2 EL Sesame oil
  • 1 EL Rice vinegar
  • 50 ml Water
  • 300 g Rump steak
  • 2 Stück Spring onions
  • 2 EL Chili oil
  • 2 TL Black sesame

Preparation (9 steps)

Chop garlic

Put 1 clove of garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7.

Mix mayo, egg yolk and garlic

Add 4 tbsp mayo and 2 egg yolks to the chopped garlic in the mixing bowl and stir for 20 sec./speed 3.

Prepare eggs

Put 3 eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 8 minutes. Then quench and peel.

Prepare marinade for the eggs

3 min/122°F/Speed 2 122°F

Put 100 ml soy sauce, 2 tsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp rice vinegar and 50 ml water in the mixing bowl and heat for 3 min./50°C/speed 2.

Marinate eggs

Put the cooked and peeled eggs in the marinade and let them steep for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare rump steak

Fry 300 g rump steak in a separate pan.

Prepare spring onions

Cut 2 spring onions into rings.

Prepare noodles

Prepare 2 packs of noodles according to the package instructions.

Arrange

Put the noodles in a bowl and mix with the mayo sauce. Arrange the fried rump steak, marinated eggs and spring onions on top. Sprinkle with 2 tsp of black sesame and optionally 2 tbsp of chili oil.
