Diese Ricotta Crumble Pie ist ein absoluter Genuss! Die Kombination aus der cremigen Ricotta-Füllung und dem knusprigen Streuselteig ist einfach unwiderstehlich. Ich mache diese Pie gerne, wenn ich Besuch erwarte, denn sie ist schnell zubereitet und schmeckt einfach jedem. Die Schokoladenstückchen in der Füllung geben dem Ganzen noch das gewisse Etwas. Ein perfektes Dessert für jeden Anlass, besonders wenn es schnell gehen muss. Lasst es euch schmecken!

Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • cooking spray
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cups white sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla flavoring
  • 0.125 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 piece large egg, beaten
  • 1 container whole-milk ricotta cheese
  • 0.5 cups white sugar
  • 0.5 cups mini semisweet chocolate chips

Pie Plate vorbereiten

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a deep-dish pie plate with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

Streusel zubereiten

Place flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla flavoring, and salt in the Thermomix mixing bowl. Mix for 5 Sec./Stufe 4 to combine. Add the melted butter and beaten egg. Mix for 10 Sec./Stufe 4 until the mixture is crumbly.

Sprinkle 1/2 of the crumb mixture into the prepared pie plate and spread around until it covers the bottom. Do not press down.

15 sec/Speed 3

Place ricotta cheese, sugar, and chocolate chips in the Thermomix mixing bowl. Mix for 15 Sec./Stufe 3 until combined. Use the spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl if needed.

Füllung verteilen und Streusel darüber geben

Spread filling evenly over the base crust. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture evenly on top of the ricotta layer, making sure that all of the ricotta layer is covered.

Backen

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Switch the oven to broil and continue to bake until the top is nicely browned, about 3 minutes more. Remove from the oven and cool completely. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
