  • 1 piece leek
  • 2 piece sage leaves
  • 75 g risotto rice
  • 75 ml white wine
  • 200 ml stock
  • 2 slice bacon
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • to taste freshly ground pepper
  • to taste oil

Sauté Leeks and Sage

Add a drizzle of oil to the Thermomix bowl. Add the leeks and sage. Sauté for 2 minutes at 120°C on speed 1.

Add the rice to the Thermomix bowl and cook for 1 minute at 120°C on speed 1, stirring.

Cook Risotto

10 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Add the wine and stock to the Thermomix bowl. Cook for 10 minutes at 100°C on speed 1, with the measuring cup removed.

Crisp Bacon

Meanwhile, grill the bacon in a pan until golden and crisp. Set aside.

Finish Risotto

Stir in 2 tbsp of the Parmesan and freshly ground pepper into the risotto in the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 10 seconds on speed 2.

Spoon the risotto onto a plate, sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan, and top with the bacon.
