Description

This creamy Parmesan risotto is a comforting dish that is easy to prepare with the Thermomix®. I love its smooth texture and rich flavor, perfect for a quick dinner or a gourmet lunch. Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 150 cl poultry stock
  • 40 g butter
  • 2 c. à s. olive oil
  • 60 g grated parmesan
  • 200 g round rice
  • 1 échalote shallot
  • 100 g fresh cheese

Preparation (4 steps)

Put the shallot in the bowl and chop 3 sec./level 5.

Cook the shallot and rice

Add the olive oil and rice to the bowl and cook 3 Min./120°C/level 1.

Cook the risotto

10 min/212°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 100 Reverse

Add part of the poultry stock to the bowl and cook 10 Min./100°C/Reverserun level 1. Repeat the operation until the rice is cooked « al dente ».

Add the creamy ingredients

Add the fresh cheese, butter and grated parmesan to the bowl and mix 20 Sek./level 3.
