Description

This stuffed chicken roll is a delicious and festive option for any occasion, especially at Christmas! The combination of ground chicken, fresh spinach and mozzarella cheese creates a juicy and flavorful dish. The preparation is simple thanks to the Thermomix®, which makes it easy to grind the chicken and cook the spinach. The crispy bacon adds an extra touch of flavor and juiciness. Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 2 piece Boneless chicken breast
  • 1 bunch Fresh spinach
  • 200 gramos Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 cucharaditas Breadcrumbs
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 150 gramos Bacon
  • 1 pinch Garlic paste
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Preparation (6 steps)

Grind the chicken breast

Place the boneless chicken breasts in the Thermomix glass. Add a pinch of salt, black pepper and garlic paste. Crush for 15 seconds at speed 7.

Cook the spinach

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/Varoma/Speed 1 Varoma

Fill the Thermomix glass with 500 ml of water. Place the fresh spinach in the Varoma container. Program 5 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 1.

Mix the ground chicken with the breadcrumbs

Pour the ground chicken into a bowl. Add the breadcrumbs and mix well with a spatula until integrated.

Assemble the chicken roll

Spread out a large piece of aluminum foil. Place the bacon strips on the aluminum foil. Add the ground chicken on top of the bacon. Distribute the cooked spinach over the ground chicken. Finally, add the mozzarella cheese over the spinach.

Roll the chicken

Very carefully, roll the chicken roll, giving it a rounded shape. Wrap the roll with aluminum foil, making sure it is tightly wrapped.

Bake the chicken roll

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Place the chicken roll in a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
