300 g Broccoli

1 Stück red bell pepper

1 Stück small, tart apple
-
30 g pine nuts
-
25 g olive oil
-
15 g fruit vinegar

1.5 TL Dijon mustard

1 TL salt

0.5 TL pepper
Preparation (6 steps)
Chop the broccoli
Wash the broccoli, divide into florets, and place in the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 seconds/speed 5.
Chop the bell pepper
Wash the bell pepper, remove the core, quarter it, and place in the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 seconds/speed 4.
Chop the apple
Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the core, and place in the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 seconds/speed 4.
Mix the salad
Transfer the broccoli, bell pepper, and apple to a bowl. Add pine nuts and mix well.
Prepare the dressing
Place olive oil, fruit vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper in the mixing bowl. Stir for 10 seconds/speed 3.
Mix in the dressing
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Let the salad sit for a while before serving.
