Description

This leek salad is a light and refreshing dish, ideal for summer. With boiled egg, pickled cucumber, apple and corn, it offers a balanced mix of flavors and textures. Quickly prepared and versatile, it is perfect as a starter or side dish.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 1 Stück Leek
  • 1 Stück boiled Egg
  • 1 Stück Pickled cucumber
  • 1 Stück Apple
  • 1 Büchse Corn
  • 1 x Júnade dolup

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare leek

Clean, wash and cut 1 leek stalk into fine rings.

Prepare egg

Peel and cut 1 boiled egg into small cubes.

Prepare cucumber

Cut 1 pickled cucumber into small cubes.

Prepare apple

Peel, core and cut 1 apple into small cubes.

Prepare corn

Drain 1 can of corn.

Prepare salad

Thermomix® Setting

Put leek, egg, pickled cucumber, apple and corn in a bowl. Add 1x Júnade dolup and mix everything carefully.
