Description

This dark chocolate sauce is a simple dessert that is quick to prepare in the Thermomix®. With just three ingredients - cream, dark chocolate and butter - a creamy sauce is created in minutes. Ideal for chocolate lovers and perfect as a topping for ice cream, cakes or other desserts. Preparation takes only 5 minutes.

  • 200 g Cream
  • 100 g Bittersweet chocolate
  • 20 g Butter

Preparation (3 steps)

Add ingredients to the mixing bowl

Add 200 g cream, 100 g bittersweet chocolate (in pieces) and 20 g butter to the mixing bowl.

Melt chocolate

Close the mixing bowl and melt the ingredients for 3 min./50°C/speed 2.
