Dieses herzhafte Chili ist ein absoluter Knaller für kalte Tage! Die Kombination aus würzigem Rindfleisch, knackigem Gemüse und einer feinen Süße macht es zu einem unvergesslichen Geschmackserlebnis. Ich mache es besonders gerne, wenn Freunde zu Besuch kommen, denn es lässt sich super vorbereiten und wärmt von innen. Die Schärfe lässt sich durch die Menge der Habanero-Chili wunderbar anpassen. Ein Klecks Käse on top macht das Chili perfekt. Probiert es aus, ihr werdet es lieben!

Ingredients (15 ingredients)

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 piece large onions, diced
  • 2 piece large yellow bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 piece large red bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 piece serrano chile peppers, diced
  • 1.25 ounce hot chili seasoning
  • 1 pound 80% lean ground beef
  • 2 can light red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
  • 15 ounce tomato puree
  • 14.5 ounce diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1 piece habanero pepper, diced
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 4 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (Optional)

Add 4 tablespoons olive oil to the mixing bowl with the chopped vegetables. Cook for 9 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Add 2 diced serrano chile peppers and 1 (1.25 ounce) package hot chili seasoning to the mixing bowl. Cook for 6 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Rindfleisch anbraten

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir 1 pound 80% lean ground beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 6 to 9 minutes. Drain off any excess fat.

Add the browned ground beef, 2 (16 ounce) cans light red kidney beans, rinsed and drained, 1 (16 ounce) can great Northern beans, rinsed and drained, 1 (15 ounce) can tomato puree, 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, 2 cups ketchup, 1 diced habanero pepper, and 3 tablespoons white sugar to the mixing bowl. Cook for 36 Min./100°C/Stufe 1/Linkslauf.
