Description

This hearty soy vegetable bolognese is an absolute must for anyone looking for a tasty and vegan alternative to classic bolognese. I often make it when I need something quick, but still want something hearty on the table. The soy chunks make the sauce nice and filling, and the vegetables provide a great spice. I especially like the combination with fresh herbs. A splash of soy cream rounds off the dish perfectly. Ideal for a cozy evening with friends or family!
