Description

This savoy cabbage and ground beef skillet is a hearty and quick dish, ideal for the cold season. With fresh savoy cabbage, flavorful ground beef, and a hint of lemon, this meal is ready in just 30 minutes. The recipe is simple and inexpensive, perfect for student cooking or a quick dinner. Served with Parmesan, this skillet is a hearty main course for the whole family.

Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 500 g Savoy Cabbage
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 0.5 Stück Organic Lemon
  • 150 g Tagliatelle
  • 1 EL Butter
  • 250 g Ground Beef
  • 150 ml Vegetable Broth
  • 150 g Crème fraîche
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • Parmesan

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop Onion

Thermomix® Setting

Place 1 peeled onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Scrape down the sides with the spatula.

Prepare Savoy Cabbage

Remove the outer leaves from the savoy cabbage, halve the cabbage, and remove the core. Then cut the cabbage into strips and set aside.

Prepare Lemon

Zest 1/2 organic lemon and squeeze the lemon. Set both aside.

Sauté Ground Beef

Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan and sauté 250 g ground beef with the chopped onion until the ground beef is crumbly.

Prepare Sauce

Add lemon juice, lemon zest, 150 ml vegetable broth and 150 g crème fraîche to the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil briefly.

Cook Pasta and Savoy Cabbage

Cook 150 g tagliatelle in boiling water according to package directions. Add the savoy cabbage for the last 6 minutes.

Mix and Serve

Add the drained pasta and savoy cabbage to the pan with the ground beef sauce and mix well. Serve the savoy cabbage and ground beef skillet with grated Parmesan.
