Description

  • 200 g Cream

Add butter and orange peel and melt for 3 min./50°C/level 2.

Add egg yolks and stir for 20 sec./level 3.

Beat egg whites

Beat egg whites with salt in a separate bowl until stiff.

Whip cream

Whip cream in a separate bowl until stiff.

Mix mousse

Linkslauf/Gentle stir speed/10 sec Reverse

Carefully fold the egg whites and cream into the chocolate mixture.

Fill mousse into glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
