Description
This pumpkin flan is a true autumnal comfort food! The pumpkin, with its sweet and enveloping flavor, goes perfectly with the grated Parmesan cheese, creating an irresistible balance of flavors. Preparing it is very simple and quick, perfect for a family dinner or a lunch with friends. I love it warm, but it is also excellent cold, perhaps accompanied by a fresh salad. A delicious idea to use pumpkin in a different way than usual! Preparation takes about 30 minutes, while baking in the oven completes the whole thing. Preparation (2 steps)
Preparation of the aromas
A clove of garlic, a sprig of rosemary and a few sage leaves are placed in the bowl. Chop for 3 Sec./Stufe 7.
Cooking the pumpkin
Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and the cleaned pumpkin to the bowl. Cook for 20 Min./100°C/Stufe 1.
