330 g Sugar
Preparation (3 steps)
Grind sugar
Add 330 g sugar to the mixing bowl and grind for 1 minute/speed 10.
Cook condensed milk
Insert the butterfly whisk. Add 330 g condensed milk (7.5%) and place the simmering basket on the mixing bowl lid as a splash guard. 15 minutes/Varoma/speed 4.
Cooling
Pour the finished "Sweetened Condensed Milk" into a bowl and let cool.
