Description

This pear cake is a true comfort food, perfect for breakfast or a snack. Its soft texture and delicate flavor of pears make it irresistible. Preparing it is very simple, especially with the help of our trusted Thermomix®! I love it because it is quick to make and always pleases everyone. The pears go very well with the light dough, creating a perfect balance of flavors. Try it, you won't regret it! Ideal to enjoy warm, perhaps accompanied by a cup of hot tea. A simple dessert that tastes like home and affection.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 2 piece eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml seed oil
  • 280 g 00 flour
  • 8 g baking powder
  • 3 piece pears
  • coarse sugar

Preparation (5 steps)

Eggs, sugar, milk and oil in the bowl

20 Sec./Speed 4

Insert into the bowl 2 eggs, 150 g of sugar, 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of seed oil. Mix for 20 Sec./Stufe 4 until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Adding flour and baking powder

Add 280 g of 00 flour and 8 g of baking powder to the bowl. Mix for 30 Sec./Stufe 4 to blend the ingredients well and make sure there are no lumps.

Preparation of the pears

Peel 3 pears and cut them into small pieces. Add the chopped pears to the bowl and gently mix with the spatula to incorporate them into the dough.

Pour into the mold and bake

Grease and flour a 25 x 12 cm loaf pan. Pour the mixture into the pan, level with a spatula and sprinkle with coarse sugar _q.b._ Bake in a preheated ventilated oven at 170°C for 45 minutes.

Cooling and serving

Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a serving dish. Serve in slices.
