  • 1000 g Potatoes - waxy
  • 1 bunch Soup vegetables
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1.2 l Vegetable broth
  • 3 piece Vienna sausages
  • 100 ml Cream
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • to taste Marjoram
  • to taste Nutmeg
  • 3 tbsp chopped parsley

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare potatoes and soup vegetables

Peel 1 kg of waxy potatoes and cut into small cubes. Clean 1 bunch of soup vegetables and cut into small pieces as well. Alternatively: peel 4 carrots and cut into slices, clean 1 leek and cut into rings.

Sauté vegetables

Add 1 tbsp of butter to the mixing bowl and melt for 3 min./120°C/speed 1. Add potato cubes and the prepared soup vegetables (or carrots and leek) and sauté for 5 min./120°C/speed 1. Use the spatula to scrape everything from the edge down.

Add 1.2 liters of vegetable broth to the mixing bowl and cook for 20 min./100°C/speed 1. Use the spatula to scrape everything from the edge down.

Cut 3 Vienna sausages into slices, add to the mixing bowl and heat for 3 min./90°C/reverse blade speed 1.

Add 100 ml of cream and 3 tbsp of chopped parsley to the mixing bowl and stir in for 1 min./90°C/reverse blade speed 1. Season with salt, pepper, marjoram, and nutmeg.
