Description
Hearty potato soup with Mettenden sausage.
Ingredients (9 ingredients)

750 g Potatoes

1 piece Onion
-
1 Paket Butter vegetables
-
4 piece Mettenden
-
1 l Vegetable broth
-
Oil
-
Salt
-
Pepper
-
Creme fraiche
Preparation (7 steps)
Chop onion
Peel and halve the onion and place in the mixing bowl. Chop for 8 seconds/speed 6.
Sauté onion
Add oil and sauté for 2 minutes/100°C/speed 2.
Sauté butter vegetables
Add butter vegetables and sauté for another 2 minutes/100°C/speed 1.
Add potatoes and broth
Add potato cubes and fill up with vegetable broth.
Prepare Mettenden
Cut Mettenden into slices and place in the deep steamer basket.
Steam soup
Insert condensate collecting container and deep steamer basket. Place lid for steamer attachments and steam for 40 minutes/SF steaming/speed 1. Open carefully - hot steam!
Puree soup
Puree the soup until it is creamy. 30 seconds/speed 8-10
