Ingredients (18 ingredients)

  • 2 Stangen Celery
  • 2 Stück Carrot
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 60 ml Olive oil
  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 45 ml Tomato paste
  • 800 g Diced tomatoes (canned)
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 1 Prise Pepper
  • 1 TL Curry
  • 1 Prise Chili
  • 1 Stück Bay leaf
  • 1 EL Oregano
  • 1 EL Mint
  • 1 EL Basil
  • 600 g Spaghetti
  • 60 g Parmesan

Preparation (7 steps)

Prepare the vegetables

Wash 2 stalks of celery and 2 carrots and cut into fine dice. Peel 2 cloves of garlic and 1 onion and chop finely as well.

Sauté the ground beef

Add 4 tbsp (60 ml) olive oil to the mixing bowl. Add 500 g ground beef and sauté for 5 min./120°/speed 1/Reverse.

Sauté the vegetables

Add garlic and onion and sauté for 2 min./120°/speed 1/Reverse. Add carrots, celery and 3 tbsp tomato paste and sauté for 3 min./120°/speed 1/Reverse.

Add tomatoes and spices

Add 800 g diced tomatoes (canned), 1 tsp salt, 1 pinch of pepper, 1 tsp curry, 1 pinch of chili (optional), 1 bay leaf, 1 tbsp oregano, 1 tbsp mint and 1 tbsp basil.

Simmer the Bolognese

Bring everything to a boil and then simmer for 30 min./95°/speed 1/Reverse.

Cook the spaghetti

Meanwhile, cook 600 g spaghetti according to package directions in plenty of salted water.

Serve

Remove bay leaf from the sauce, season to taste and serve with the cooked spaghetti and 60 g grated Parmesan.
