Ingredients (16 ingredients)

  • 2 Stück Garlic cloves
  • 30 g Olive oil
  • 1 EL Tomato paste
  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 3 Stück Spring onions, in rings
  • 2 Stück Carrots, sliced
  • 150 g Red wine
  • 800 g Peeled tomatoes (canned)
  • 1 Stück Bay leaf
  • Salt
  • 0.5 TL Pepper
  • 3 Stück Stalks of celery, in pieces
  • 1 Stück Zucchini, quartered lengthwise, in pieces
  • 150 g Snow peas, halved
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 50 g Grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation (8 steps)

Chop garlic

Place 2 garlic cloves in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 8. Scrape down the sides with the spatula.

Sauté garlic

Add 30 g olive oil and 1 tbsp tomato paste and sauté for 2 min./120°C/speed 1.

Brown meat

Brown 500 g ground beef in a separate pan.

Sauté ground meat and vegetables

Add the browned ground beef, the white part of 3 spring onions in rings, and 2 carrots in slices and sauté for 5 min./Varoma/speed 1. Loosen from the bottom with the spatula.

Simmer sauce

15 min/203°F/Speed 1 203°F

Add 150 g red wine, 800 g peeled tomatoes (canned), 1 bay leaf, 1 tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper, mix with the spatula. Then simmer without the measuring cup for 15 min./95°C/speed 1.

Add vegetables and continue simmering

Add 3 stalks of celery in pieces, 1 zucchini, quartered lengthwise, in pieces, and 150 g snow peas, halved, and continue to simmer for another 10 min./95°C/speed 1.

Cook spaghetti

Meanwhile, cook 400 g spaghetti according to package directions in plenty of boiling salted water.

Serve

Remove the bay leaf from the mixing bowl, season the Bolognese to taste and arrange on plates with the spaghetti. Serve pasta sprinkled with green spring onion rings and 50 g grated Parmesan.
