Description

Spaghetti with roasted tomato feta sauce is a vegetarian main course with cherry tomatoes, feta, onions and garlic, prepared in the Thermomix®. The simple pasta variation is ideal for quick, summery cuisine. 4 portions are created in 40 minutes. The dish is perfect as an uncomplicated family meal.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 350 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g Feta
  • 2 Stück Garlic cloves
  • 1 Stück Large onion, quartered
  • 20 g Thyme leaves
  • Salt
  • 3 Prisen Pepper
  • 1.5 EL Olive oil
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 100 g Cream

Preparation (5 steps)

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Roast vegetables

Spread tomatoes (180 g), feta (180 g), garlic, onion and thyme on the baking sheet. Season with salt (1 tsp) and pepper (3 pinches), drizzle with olive oil (1 1/2 tbsp) and roast in the hot oven for 30 min.

Cook spaghetti

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente and then drain.

Put roasted ingredients in the mixing bowl

Remove the roasted ingredients from the oven and put them in the mixing bowl. Add cream (100 g) and purée for 1 min. on level 6-9, increasing gradually.

Serve

Arrange the spaghetti with the sauce on plates and serve sprinkled with the remaining feta.
