Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.

Mix dry ingredients

Add 300 g flour, 1 packet of baking powder, 300 g sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar to the mixing bowl and mix for 8 sec./level 4.

Add remaining ingredients and stir

Add 4 eggs, 150 g oil, 150 g carbonated water and 15 g lemon juice and 1 bottle of lemon flavoring and mix for 2 min./level 4 to a smooth dough. In the meantime, push the ingredients down once with the spatula.
