Description

This hearty Taco Soup from the Thermomix® is quickly prepared with ground meat, onions, bell peppers, corn and kidney beans. The Mexican-inspired main course is spicy and ideal for parties or as an inexpensive family meal. 6 servings are created in just 40 minutes. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes about 20 minutes.

Ingredients (13 ingredients)

  • 500 g Ground meat
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 1 EL Oil
  • 1 Stück Bell pepper, diced
  • 1 Dose Corn
  • 1 Dose Kidney beans
  • 500 g Passed tomatoes
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 1 Pck. Taco seasoning
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop onions

Put onions in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5.

Sauté onions

Add oil to the onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Chop garlic

Add garlic cloves and chop for 3 sec./level 7.

Fry meat

Brown meat in a separate pan.

Add remaining ingredients

Add diced bell peppers, corn, kidney beans, strained tomatoes, vegetable broth, sour cream, taco seasoning and the fried meat to the mixing bowl.

Cook soup

Let everything simmer for 20 min./100°C/reverse rotation level 1. Leave the measuring cup on.

Season the taco soup with salt and pepper and serve.
