Description

This tart with smoked salmon, Comté and black olives is a simple and delicious delight, perfect for a Sunday lunch or a light dinner. I love the combination of smoked salmon, melting Comté and olives which bring a Mediterranean touch. The crispy shortcrust pastry perfectly complements this filling rich in flavors. Easy to prepare with the Thermomix®, it is ideal for a friendly meal. Feel free to add a few sprigs of fresh dill for an extra touch of freshness. A real treat for the taste buds!

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 4 slice smoked salmon
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • 6 piece black olives
  • 150 g Comté
  • 1 cuillère flour
  • 2 dl milk
  • 2 dl thick crème fraîche
  • 4 piece eggs
  • 200 g shortcrust pastry

Preparation (6 steps)

Preheat the oven and pre-bake the pastry

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the shortcrust pastry and line it in a tart tin. Prick the bottom with a fork and pre-bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

Prepare the filling

Cut the smoked salmon into strips. Cut the Comté into slices. Pit and cut the black olives into slices.

Mix the eggs, cream, milk and flour

In the Thermomix bowl, add 4 eggs, 2 dl of thick crème fraîche, 2 dl of milk, 1 spoon of flour, pepper and nutmeg. Mix 20 Sek./Stufe 4.

Fill the tart

Spread the strips of smoked salmon, the slices of Comté and the slices of black olives on the pre-baked tart base.

Pour the egg preparation

Pour the egg, cream and milk preparation over the salmon, cheese and olives.

Bake the tart

Bake in the preheated oven at 240°C for 20 to 25 minutes, until the tart is golden brown and the filling is set.
