  • 1 pinch Nutmeg, grated
  • 150 g Diced bacon

Put the dough in a bowl and let it rise covered in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

Fry the bacon in a separate pan.

Top and bake tarte flambée

Roll out the dough thinly, spread with the sour cream-crème fraîche mixture and top with bacon. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C top/bottom heat for about 15 minutes.
