Description

These coffee tartlets are a delicious dessert for coffee lovers. The recipe is of medium difficulty and takes about 90 minutes to prepare. The tartlets are ideal for festive occasions such as Christmas or birthdays. They contain flour, hazelnuts and milk, so they are not suitable for people with corresponding allergies.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 250 g Flour
  • 100 g Icing sugar
  • 250 g Thea cubes
  • 150 g Hazelnuts
  • 250 ml Cream
  • 200 g Coffee chocolate
  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 1 Sackerl Instant coffee

Preparation (3 steps)

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting

Put 250 g flour, 100 g icing sugar, 250 g Thea cubes and 150 g hazelnuts into the mixing bowl and process into a dough for 2 min./kneading stage.

Process dough

Let the dough rest, cut it out and bake.

Prepare cream

5 min/122°F/Speed 2 122°F

Put 250 ml cream, 200 g coffee chocolate, 100 g dark chocolate and 1 sachet of instant coffee into the mixing bowl and melt for 5 min./50°C/speed 2.
