Description

This zucchini dip is a delicious and easy dip that is ideal as an appetizer or snack. It is vegetarian, gluten-free and low-carb, making it a healthy choice.   • 1 Stück small zucchini
  • 1 Stück Avocado
  • 2 Stück Spring onions
  • 150 g Cream cheese
  • 3 EL Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation (3 steps)

Prepare zucchini, avocado and spring onions

Wash 1 small zucchini and roughly chop. Pit 1 avocado and roughly dice the flesh. Clean 2 spring onions and cut into coarse rings.

Chop and mix ingredients

Put the prepared zucchini, avocado and spring onions together with 150 g cream cheese and 3 tbsp lemon juice into the mixing bowl and chop and mix for 20 sec./speed 5.
