750 g Ground beef

1 piece Onion

2 piece Garlic cloves

60 g Teriyaki sauce (ready-made or homemade)

20 g Soy sauce
-
15 g Honey
-
5 g Sesame oil
Preparation (4 steps)
Chop onion and garlic
Place onion and garlic cloves in the mixing bowl and chop with the Meistermix Patix knife for 5 sec./speed 5.
Sauté
Add sesame oil and sauté for 4 min./120°C/speed 1.
Cook ground meat
Add ground meat (crumbled) and cook for 10 min./120°C/reverse/speed "Stir". Without measuring cup so that liquid evaporates.
Add sauces
Add teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and honey and stir for 3 min./100°C/reverse/speed "Stir".
