Description

This rice waffle tiramisu is a quick and easy dessert that can be prepared in just 10 minutes. It consists of rice waffles, coconut yogurt and can be refined with cinnamon, protein powder or chocolate as desired. Ideal for a quick sweet or as a light snack.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • Cinnamon
  • Protein powder
  • Chocolate
  • Rice waffles
  • Coconut yogurt
  • Sweetener
  • Coffee

Preparation (3 steps)

Prepare cream

While the coffee is cooling, put the coconut yogurt in a bowl and sweeten and refine as desired. Use protein powder in the cinnamon/cereal flavor. Alternatively, mix honey and cinnamon or some coffee into the cream. Use sugar or sweetener or a chocolate cream from the yogurt.

Layer small tower

Layer the rice waffles with the cream on a plate to form a small tower.

Garnish

Garnish the dessert with some cinnamon or chocolate.
