Description
This cookie cake is a delicious cake that is topped with applesauce and a creamy whipped cream topping. The preparation is simple and takes about 60 minutes. The cake is ideal for birthdays or other festive occasions.
Ingredients (12 ingredients)

200 g Butter

200 g Sugar

1 Päckchen Vanilla Sugar

250 g Flour
-
1 TL Baking powder
-
4 Glas Applesauce
-
3 + Sweet cream
-
3 x Cream stiffener
-
2 + Vanilla sugar
-
1 x Butter
-
1 Packung Icing sugar

Preparation (7 steps)
Prepare dough
Put 200g butter, 200g sugar and 4 eggs into the mixing bowl and stir for 2 min./level 4.
Add flour mixture
Add 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 250g flour and 1 tsp of baking powder and stir in for 1 min./level 3.
Add applesauce and bake
Pour 4 jars of applesauce onto the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 170-180°C for approx. 30 minutes.
Prepare cream
Add 3+ sweet cream and 3x cream stiffener to the mixing bowl and whisk with the butterfly for 2 min./level 3.5 until stiff.
Refine cream
Add 2+ packets of vanilla sugar and stir in for 30 sec./level 3.
Cover cake
Pour the cream onto the cooled base, cover with butter cookies and drizzle with icing.
Prepare icing
Heat 1x butter in a separate pan and stir in one package of icing sugar.
