Description

This juicy country cheese cake is a real classic and simply tastes heavenly! I have been baking it since my childhood and it is always well received, whether for coffee parties or as a dessert. The shortcrust pastry base harmonizes perfectly with the creamy curd filling, which is refined with a delicate vanilla note. The long baking time and subsequent cooling in the oven make the cake particularly juicy and give it a great consistency. Ideal for all cheesecake lovers!

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 200 g Flour
  • 0.5 Pck. Baking powder
  • 1 piece Egg(s)
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 65 g Butter
  • Fat for the tin
  • 100 ml Oil
  • 4 piece Egg(s)
  • 0.5 l Milk
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 kg Curd

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare shortcrust pastry

Thermomix® Setting

Put 200 g flour, 0.5 Pck. baking powder, 1 egg, 75 g sugar and 65 g butter into the mixing bowl and process for 2 min./kneading setting to a smooth dough.

Divide the dough and prepare the springform pan

Divide the dough into two halves. Grease a 28 cm springform pan with fat. Press one half of the dough into the mold as a base, form the other half as a rim.

Prepare filling

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 4

Put 100 ml oil, 4 eggs, 0.5 liters milk, 1 Pck. vanilla sugar, 1 Pck. vanilla pudding powder and 1 kg curd into the mixing bowl and stir for 30 sec./speed 4.

Put filling into the tin

Pour the filling into the prepared springform pan.

Bake cheese cake

Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 175 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 75 min. If it gets too dark, simply put baking paper on top.

Let the cheese cake cool down

After the specified baking time, turn off the oven and leave the cake to cool in the oven overnight.
