Description

Delicious cake with cream and curd.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 150 g Flour
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 150 g Butter
  • 0.5 P Baking powder
  • 2 Stück Eggs
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 500 g Curd
  • 1 P Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Glas Fruits
  • 1 Becher Whipped cream
  • 2 Päckchen Gelatin

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/Speed 4

Put 150g flour, 100g sugar, 150g butter, 1/2 packet of baking powder and 2-3 eggs into the mixing bowl and process into a dough for 2 min./speed 4.

Bake dough

Put the dough into a suitable baking pan and bake in a preheated oven until done. The baking time and temperature depend on the respective recipe or experience.

Prepare topping

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 3

Put 150g-200g sugar, 500g curd and 1 packet of vanilla sugar into the mixing bowl and stir for 30 sec./speed 3.

Prepare gelatin

Slowly stir in 1 jar of fruit and add 1 carton of whipped cream. Dissolve 2 packets of gelatin (or 13 sheets) according to the package instructions.

Stir in gelatin

Fold the dissolved gelatin into the curd mixture.

Complete cake

Then pour everything onto the cooled base and refrigerate.
