250 g Margarine
-
250 g Sugar

5 piece Eggs
-
5 tbsp Semolina
-
55 g Vanilla sugar
-
to taste Grated lemon zest
-
1 packet Baking powder
Preparation (5 steps)
Prepare curd cake
Cream together sugar egg yolk and margarine until fluffy
Prepare curd cake
Stir in baking powder and semolina mixture
Prepare curd cake
Add the curd spoon by spoon and smooth out
Prepare curd cake
Stir in stiffly beaten egg white
Bake
Bake at medium heat for about an hour
