Description

Dieser Gewürzkuchen mit Apfelfüllung ist ein absoluter Genuss, besonders in der kühleren Jahreszeit! Die Kombination aus warmen Gewürzen wie Zimt, Muskat und Nelken mit der fruchtigen Apfelfüllung macht ihn zu einem unwiderstehlichen Kuchen für gemütliche Nachmittage. Ich backe ihn besonders gerne im Herbst, wenn die Äpfel frisch vom Baum kommen. Die Zubereitung ist denkbar einfach und gelingt mit dem Thermomix® im Handumdrehen. Ein toller Kuchen für die ganze Familie oder als Mitbringsel zum Brunch. Die Walnüsse sorgen für einen zusätzlichen Crunch!

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 20 ounce can apple pie filling
  • 2 piece eggs
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Ofen vorheizen und Form vorbereiten

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 10-inch fluted tube pan (such as a Bundt®). This step is done outside of the Thermomix.

Trockene Zutaten mischen

Add 2 cups all-purpose flour, 2 cups white sugar, 2 teaspoons baking soda, 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg, and ½ teaspoon ground cloves to the mixing bowl. Mix for 10 Sec./Stufe 4 to combine.

Add 1 (20 ounce) can apple pie filling, 2 eggs, ½ cup vegetable oil, and 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract to the mixing bowl. Mix for 20 Sec./Stufe 3 to make a batter. Use spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl if needed.

Walnüsse unterrühren

Add 1 cup chopped walnuts to the mixing bowl. Mix for 10 Sec./Linkslauf Stufe 2 to incorporate the walnuts.

Backen

Pour batter into prepared tube pan. Bake in the preheated oven until cake is lightly browned and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean or with moist crumbs, about 1 hour. Cool cake thoroughly in pan, at least 1 hour, before removing pan. This step is done outside of the Thermomix.
