Description

This tortellini salad with vegetables and diced ham is a hearty pasta salad that is ideal as a main course or finger food. The main ingredients are tortellini from the refrigerated section, fresh spring onions, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and cooked ham. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes a total of 55 minutes and yields approximately 6 servings. The salad is perfect for parties, a quick lunch or as a filling meal for the whole family.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 500 g Tortellini - refrigerated section
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 250 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 200 g Cooked ham
  • 100 g Gouda
  • 150 g Salad cream
  • 150 g Sour cream or Crème fraîche
  • 1 EL White wine vinegar
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation (6 steps)

Cook tortellini

Cook 500 g tortellini according to the package instructions in a separate pot. Then drain and let cool.

Prepare spring onions

Clean 3 spring onions and cut into rings. Set aside.

Prepare tomatoes and cucumber

Halve 250 g cherry tomatoes. Peel 1 cucumber and cut into small pieces. Set both aside.

Prepare ham and cheese

Cut 200 g cooked ham and 100 g Gouda into cubes. Set aside.

Prepare dressing

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 3

Put 150 g salad cream, 150 g sour cream or crème fraîche, 1 tbsp white wine vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper into the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 3.

Mix salad

Put the cooled tortellini, spring onions, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, cooked ham and Gouda in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over it and mix carefully. Let the salad sit for at least 30 minutes before serving.
