Description
This simple pancake recipe for the Thermomix® is quick and ideal for breakfast or dessert. With eggs, milk, flour and a pinch of sugar, you can conjure up fluffy pancakes in no time at all. The preparation time is approx. 20 minutes. The recipe is perfect for the whole family and offers a delicious, sweet meal.

200 ml Milk

200 g Flour

1 TL Baking powder
Preparation (5 steps)
Whisk eggs and sugar until foamy
Add eggs and sugar to the mixing bowl and whisk until foamy.
Stir in milk
Add milk and stir in.
Add dry ingredients
Add salt, flour and baking powder and stir to a smooth dough.
Let the dough rest
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Bake pancakes
Pour 1 - 2 large ladles of dough into a coated pan heated to medium heat. After about 2 minutes, small bubbles will form, then turn the pancake once and bake nicely golden brown from the other side.
