Description

This spicy chicken cheese dip is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser! I've been making it for years, and it's always a hit at parties and gatherings. The combination of creamy cheese, shredded chicken, and a kick of hot pepper sauce is simply irresistible. It's so easy to whip up in the Thermomix®, and the baking time is minimal. Serve it warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies for dipping. This dip is perfect for game day, potlucks, or any occasion where you want a delicious and easy appetizer. It's also great for using up leftover cooked chicken!

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 450 g cream cheese, softened
  • 180 ml hot pepper sauce
  • 400 g diced cooked chicken
  • 240 ml salad dressing
  • 200 g shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation (5 steps)

Soften Cream Cheese

Place 450g of softened cream cheese into the mixing bowl and blend until smooth. 20 Sec./Stufe 3

Add Hot Pepper Sauce

Add 180ml of hot pepper sauce to the mixing bowl and mix until well combined. 10 Sek./Stufe 3

Incorporate Chicken, Dressing, and Cheese

Thermomix® Setting
15 sec/Linkslauf Speed 2 Reverse

Add 400g of diced cooked chicken, 240ml of salad dressing, and 200g of shredded Cheddar cheese to the mixing bowl. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix. Use the spatula to assist. 15 Sek./Linkslauf Stufe 2

Transfer to Baking Dish

Preheat oven to 175°C. Spread the mixture evenly into a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Bake Until Bubbly

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
