Description

Trubochki. Filled waffles are a Russian dessert with eggs, butter, flour and sweetened condensed milk. With the Thermomix® the crispy waffle rolls are easy to make. Preparation takes about 60 minutes and yields 18 servings. Ideal as finger food or a sweet treat for special occasions.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 4 Eggs
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 200 g Butter, room temperature
  • 150 g Flour
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 600 g Cream
  • 3 Päckchen Cream stiffener
  • 1 Becher Can of boiled milkmaid

Preparation (2 steps)

Dough!

1. Eggs Sugar Butter Flour Salt Add to the mixing bowl and 1 min./level 5 Push everything down from the edge of the mixing bowl Stir 30 sec./level 5 Transfer 2. Rinse and dry the mixing bowl. 3. Before you start baking, brush the waffle iron with a little oil only once. 4. Put a tablespoon of the dough in the middle of the waffle iron Press lightly for 10 seconds and bake for approx. 2 minutes. 5. Wrap a slightly thicker straw with aluminum foil. 6. Quickly roll up the finished grown dough with the straw while still on the waffle iron. 7. Place on the work surface with the seam facing down and let it set for a few seconds. 8. Pull out the stick and let it cool.

Cream.

9. Insert the stirring attachment. Cream Cream stiffener Add to the mixing bowl Place the simmering basket on the mixing bowl lid as a splash guard Without time setting/level 3 Beat until the desired consistency of the cream Push everything down from the edge of the mixing bowl. 10. Set Thermomix to 1 min./level 1 Add the boiled milkmaid spoonful by spoonful through the lid opening. 11. Push everything down from the edge of the mixing bowl 10 sec./level 2 12. Fill the cream into a piping bag with a very small opening and fill the trubochki with it.
