Description

Prepare delicious Trubotschki, filled waffle rolls, with the Thermomix®. This Russian dessert consists mainly of eggs, butter, flour and a filling of boiled condensed milk and cream. Preparation takes about 60 minutes and yields 18 servings. Ideal as finger food or a sweet treat for special occasions and lovers of traditional baked goods.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 4 Eggs
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 200 g Butter, room temperature
  • 150 g Flour
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 600 g Cream
  • 3 Päckchen Cream stiffener
  • 1 Becher Can boiled milkmaid

Preparation (2 steps)

Dough!

1. Eggs Sugar Butter Flour Salt Add to the mixing bowl and 1 min./speed 5 Push everything down from the edge of the mixing bowl Stir 30 sec./ speed 5 Transfer 2. Rinse and dry the mixing bowl. 3. Before you start baking, brush the waffle iron only once with a little oil. 4. Put a tbsp of the dough in the middle of the waffle iron Press down lightly for 10 seconds and bake for approx. 2 minutes. 5. Wrap a slightly thicker straw with aluminum foil. 6. Quickly roll up the finished grown dough with the straw while still on the waffle iron. 7. Place with the seam facing down on the work surface and let it set for a few seconds. 8. Pull out the stick and let it cool.

Cream.

9. Insert the butterfly whisk. Cream Cream stiffener Add to the mixing bowl Place the simmering basket on the mixing bowl lid as splash protection Without time setting/speed 3 Beat until the desired firmness of the cream Push everything down from the edge of the mixing bowl. 10. Set Thermomix to 1 min./ speed 1 Add the boiled milkmaid spoonful by spoonful through the lid opening. 11. Push everything down from the edge of the mixing bowl 10 sec./speed 2 12. Fill the cream into a piping bag with a very small opening and fill the Trubotschki with it.
