Delicious muffins with Hanuta.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 3 piece Eggs (size M)
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 150 g Soft butter
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 300 g Flour (Type 405)
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 10 piece Hanuta
  • 1 pinch Salt

Preparation (8 steps)

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

Chop Hanuta

Put 10 to 12 Hanuta in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 5. Transfer and set aside.

Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar

Add 3 eggs (size M), 150g sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar to the mixing bowl and mix for 2 min./speed 3.

Add butter and milk

30 sec/Speed 3

Add 150g soft butter and 100ml milk and mix for 30 sec./speed 3.

Mix flour and baking powder

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 4

Add 300g flour (Type 405) and 1 packet of baking powder and mix for 30 sec./speed 4.

Fold in salt and Hanuta

Thermomix® Setting
15 sec/Linkslauf/Speed 2 Reverse

Add 1 pinch of salt and the chopped Hanuta. Use the spatula and carefully stir in. 15 sec./reverse/speed 2

Fill batter into cups

Pour the batter evenly into the prepared muffin cups.

Bake muffins

Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Do a stick test.
