Description

These delicious Christmas chocolate and hazelnut sweets are perfect for the holidays! Preparing them is child's play with the Thermomix®. The base is a soft and fragrant dough, enriched with bitter cocoa and hazelnut cream. The final touch? A milk chocolate coating and colored sprinkles that makes them irresistible. Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 1 uova eggs
  • 80 g sugar
  • 70 g melted butter
  • 80 ml milk
  • 150 g flour
  • 20 g bitter cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 80 g hazelnut cream
  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • mixed colored sprinkles

Dough preparation

Insert the egg and sugar into the Thermomix bowl and mix for 20 Sec./Stufe 4.

Addition of liquid ingredients

Add the melted butter and milk to the bowl and mix for 10 Sec./Stufe 3.

Incorporation of dry ingredients

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/Kneading speed

Add the flour, bitter cocoa and baking powder to the bowl. Knead for 2 Min./Knetstufe.

Formation of the balls

Remove the dough from the bowl and form balls of about 20 g each. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking in the oven

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 12 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.

Preparation of the coating

In the meantime, chop the milk chocolate in the bowl for 10 Sec./Stufe 7.

Melt the chocolate

3 min/122°F/Speed 2 50

Melt the chopped chocolate for 3 Min./50°C/Stufe 2.

Decoration of the balls

Dip the balls in the melted chocolate and decorate with colored sprinkles.

Cooling

Let the balls cool on a wire rack until the chocolate has solidified.
