Description

These breakfast wraps are a hearty way to start the day. They are quick to prepare and ideal for a brunch or as a satisfying breakfast. The wraps are filled with scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, tomatoes and salsa. Perfect for anyone who likes it savory.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

4 Stück Tortilla(s) (wheat tortillas)
4 Stück Egg(s)
Salt and pepper
Cheese (grated)
Ham (smoked or bacon)
2 Stück Tomato(es)
Chili sauce (Salsa)
Butter

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare eggs

Put the eggs and a little butter into the mixing bowl and mix for 5 sec/speed 3. Then cook for 8 min/100°C/speed 1 without reverse rotation to make scrambled eggs. Season with salt and pepper.

Warm tortillas

Warm the tortillas in the oven at 150°C.

Fry ham

Fry the ham in a pan until crispy.

Prepare tomatoes

Place the WunderSlicer V2 on the mixing bowl lid and use the fine slicer to dice the tomatoes. Collect the chopped food.

Fill wraps

Place the scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, tomatoes and salsa in the middle of the warmed tortillas. Roll up the tortillas according to the package instructions and enjoy while still warm!
