Diese würzigen Fisch-Tacos mit Limetten-Sauce sind ein absolutes Highlight für jede Sommerparty! Ich mache sie immer wieder gerne, weil sie so einfach zuzubereiten sind und unglaublich lecker schmecken. Der Kabeljau wird mit Fajita-Gewürz und Limettensaft mariniert und dann kurz angebraten. Die cremige Sauce mit Joghurt, Mayonnaise, Jalapeno und Koriander verleiht den Tacos eine frische und würzige Note. Perfekt für einen entspannten Abend mit Freunden oder als schnelles Mittagessen. Wer es nicht so scharf mag, kann die Jalapeno natürlich auch weglassen.

Ingredients (13 ingredients)

  • 50 g yogurt
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • 1 piece jalapeno chilli
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 piece lime
  • 1 small pack coriander
  • 1 tsp fajita
  • 0.5 piece lime
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 20 g fajita
  • 2 piece cod loins
  • 8 piece small corn tortilla
  • 8 spoonfuls curtido

Prepare the sauce ingredients

Place 50g yogurt, 50g mayonnaise, 1 jalapeno chilli, 1 garlic clove, juice of 1 lime, small pack coriander and 1 tsp fajita seasoning into the mixing bowl.

Blend the sauce

10 Sec./Speed 4

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add a splash of water if needed to reach a drizzling consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer the sauce to a bowl or jug and chill until ready to serve.

Prepare the fish marinade

In a bowl, whisk together the juice of ½ lime, 2 tsp olive oil, and 20g fajita seasoning.

Marinate the cod

Add 2 cod loins to the marinade and toss well to coat evenly. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Cook the cod

Heat a non-stick frying pan over high heat. Fry the marinated cod for 5 minutes, until it begins to flake but is not falling apart.

Assemble the tacos

Divide the cooked cod between 8 small corn tortillas. Drizzle each taco with the prepared sauce and top with a spoonful of curtido.
