Description

Hearty red cabbage noodles with beef ham, quickly prepared with the Thermomix.

Ingredients (13 ingredients)

  • 2 EL Ketchup
  • 7 EL Olive oil
  • 2 EL Sweet paprika powder
  • 2 TL Honey
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • 1 EL Mustard
  • 2 EL Soy sauce
  • 2 EL Worcestershire sauce
  • 350 g Red cabbage
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 1 Stück Clove of garlic
  • 100 g Sliced beef ham
  • 200 g Short noodles

Preparation (8 steps)

Prepare marinade

Stir ketchup, 6 tbsp olive oil, honey, paprika powder, pepper, mustard, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl to make a marinade.

Chop onion and garlic

Peel, quarter and add the onion to the mixing bowl. Peel and add the clove of garlic.

Sauté onion and garlic

Add 1 tbsp olive oil and sauté.

Prepare red cabbage

Wash the red cabbage and cut into fine strips using the Wundermix WunderSlicer V2 and the fine slicing disc. Add the red cabbage to the mixing bowl.

Sauté red cabbage

Briefly fry the red cabbage.

Add marinade and noodles

Add the marinade, noodles and 450 ml water to the mixing bowl.

Let simmer

Bring to the boil once, then reduce the heat and simmer everything with the lid closed over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add a little more water if necessary.

Add beef ham

Fry the meat in a separate pan. Add the beef ham before serving and stir in well.
