200 g Flour
75 g fine sugar
1 Päckchen Vanilla sugar
100 g Almonds (ground)
150 g Margarine (room temperature)
2 Stück Egg yolks
3 EL fine sugar with vanilla flavor
1 Stück Baking paper

Preparation (6 steps)

Place 200 g flour, 75 g fine sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and 100 g ground almonds in the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 4.

Prepare dough

Add 150 g room temperature margarine in small flakes and 2 egg yolks and knead for 2 min/kneading stage to a smooth dough.

Chill dough

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat (convection: 160 °C). Line baking sheets with baking paper.

Shape and bake crescents

Form the dough into thin rolls. Cut small pieces from the roll and shape into crescents. Place on the prepared baking sheets and bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until light yellow.
