Description

A protein-rich and healthy pizza variation that is easy to prepare.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 130 g Flour
  • 150 g Curd cheese
  • 6 g Baking powder
  • 1 Becher Sieved tomatoes or tomato paste with water
  • Spices
  • 1 Stück Mozzarella Light

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting

Add flour, curd cheese and baking powder to the mixing bowl and knead for 2 min./kneading stage to form a dough.

Roll out and top the dough

Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Stir sieved tomatoes or tomato paste with water and spices and spread on the dough.

Top and bake the pizza

Spread Mozzarella Light and grated cheese on the dough. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for 40 minutes.
